Star Battle by PG24 is an endless shooter game made for the Atari 2600.
Aliens have attacked the planet earth and you are a pilot of a fighter ship and it is your job to save the earth by eradicating the incoming threats. The objective of the game is to shoot at the aliens that travel from the right side of the screen to the left side of the screen. If you shoot an alien, the backdrop will flash green, and you’ll earn 10 points. If the backdrop flashes orange colour, you will earn twice that amount of points. If you get hit, the backdrop will flash red and you will have your position be reset. Get hit four times and the game is over.
